Vision Resource Center‘s upcoming Dine in the Dark event is taking place on Thursday, October 8 from 6 to 9 PM at the Berkshire Country Club, hosted by the Vision Resource Center of Berks County and Kutztown University Teachers of the Visually Impaired.
