Over the years, the company expanded its offerings, and in 2005, they acquired an air conditioning company. Today, T&T Lanco provides a full range of commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including split systems, rooftop units, boilers, and ASME-certified welding services. With 23 employees working across two locations, the company’s expertise spans from schools and universities to food processing plants and state hospitals. T&T covers Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, and the Eastern Seaboard of Maryland, supporting critical business operations in a wide variety of industries. In 2019, T&T Lanco expanded into Delaware, opening a second location in Oceanview.  Though primarily focused on commercial services in Pennsylvania, the Delaware location handles both residential and light commercial work, making T&T Lanco a versatile player in the HVAC field.
