No – The debit card you already have will not be re-issued. You will receive a brand new debit card with a new card number when ordered.
No, once you activate your new customized debit card your current card will be deactivated.
If you are a Pinnacle Club member it is important to note that this card is like our other standard debit cards. Since it is not a Pinnacle Card, you will not have the increased purchasing limits or be able to earn reward points through uChoose Rewards. Should you decide to get the customized card, your Pinnacle Card will no longer be active once you activate the customized debit card. In sum, you would lose the benefits of the Pinnacle Debit Card.
A Branch Team Member will call you. This is a courtesy call to let you know that your card is being ordered and should be received in the mail in the next 7 – 10 business days. From there, you will activate your new customized debit card, and you are all set!
No, anyone between the ages of 13 and 17 years old who are interested in receiving the custom debit card must come into one of our seven branches with a parent / guardian.

Federal Law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. For this reason, when you apply for a new account with us, we will ask you to provide your name, address, date of birth, and two valid forms of identification. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age* and must be a U.S. resident with a valid U.S. Social Security number. New customers must be in Fleetwood Bank’s trading area. All applications are subject to approval by the Bank. The information you provide is protected by our Privacy Policy (PDF) and Federal law. Please note that Certificate of Deposit (CD) accounts are not available online.
